Vodafone - Spotify, - Can't use Entertainment pack - No fix yet. On the 16th August I renewed my contract with Vodafone, continued on the same plan 20gb with an entertainment pack. I always choose Spotify.
I received the SMS from Vodafone about the entertainment pack, asking me to make a choice. I've followed the process, cancelled my existing subscription and then followed the process again. It doesn't work and I now have no Spotify Premium account.
I've called Vodafone countless times, all they have done is to send me the text message again and again. Which always ends the same way being stuck on the "Cancel Existing Subscription" screen.
Today I went into the Vodafone store in Victoria Station I was there for almost an hour. The manager was very helpful, but also unsuccessful
I've now had no Spotify Premium for almost a week and nowhere near to having the issue resolved.
It's been a frustrating experience, and has wasted a great deal of my time.
